|How can I obtain a quote/shipping cost?|
Please follow these steps:
- Add items you wish to purchase and proceed to Checkout.
- Add your shipping Zip Code and select Submit.
- After the shipping cost is populated, right-click anywhere on the page and select Print.
- Select Microsoft to PDF or Save As PDF.
- Enter a name for your quote and click Save.
- You can use this page as a quote for your purchase.
- Email and attach this page to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the purchase order.
How can I place an order?
To start your order, click on the JiJi Products button above. From here, enter the quantity desired for each JiJi Store Item you wish to purchase. Once you have entered all items into your cart, click the View Cart button on the left side of your screen (under Cart Summary). From here, you will be asked to log in or create an account. Enter Billing and Shipping information and you're all set.
Paying via Purchase Order or Check?
To place an order using a Purchase Order or check, please fill out our Order Form. Once completed, please send the form along with your Purchase Order to email@example.com.
If you wish to pay by check, please mail your check along with the completed order form to:

How long will it take to receive my order?
It may take up to fourteen (14) business days to receive your order. If you would like to check on the status of your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. If you have not received an email, it means your order has not been fulfilled yet.
Can't check out? Make sure you:
…are signed in: To be certain you are logged in, you should see the words "Sign Out" at the top right corner of the web page. This indicates that your currently logged in.
…meet the $30 min requirement: Double check that the items in your cart add up to at least $30.
…are registered: Make sure that you have also signed in. Look for "Sign Out" link at the top right corner of the web page to indicate you are currently logged into the JiJi Store.
Why am I getting an error message that says there are no shipping options available to my address?
Double check to make sure your zip code and address are correct. If your address is correct, check to make sure that your order is meeting the $30 minimum. This error message often indicates that your item total is below the minimum.
Can you waive the $30 minimum?
At this time, we are not able to process orders below the $30 minimum (excluding shipping and tax).
My organization is Tax Exempt. How can I waive taxes on my order?
